How this website works, which services it uses, and the choices you have.
Our website and your family
Plumble’s World is operated by AGA Scholars Preschool Corp. Our stories, songs, and games are made for children ages 2 to 5 to enjoy with a grown-up. The journal, contact options, and any email correspondence are for adults.
Children do not need an account, name, email address, photograph, or recording to play. Printables are available without an email address. The games do not ask for a microphone or camera.
Games and preferences
Games run in your browser. Game choices and the little scenes you make are not submitted to us. Sound and motion preferences may be stored in your browser so the site can remember your choices. You can remove those preferences by clearing this site’s browser data.
YouTube and outside links
A YouTube player loads only after a grown-up chooses “load the video.” We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. Loading it connects your browser to YouTube, which processes information under its own privacy practices; privacy-enhanced mode does not mean no data is processed.

Hosting and website statistics
WordPress.com hosts this website. Hosting, security, and performance services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and the time of a visit.
We also keep daily totals of game starts and printable download-link clicks. This counter does not store visitor identifiers, selected feelings, or the scenes children make.
Jetpack Stats helps us understand visits and which pages are used. It may process IP addresses, browser information, referring pages, page addresses, and visit times. We use site statistics to understand the website, rather than asking children to identify themselves.
Contact and chat for grown-ups
If you email us or use the support chat, we receive the contact details and message you choose to send. Please do not include a child’s full name, photographs, school details, health information, or other private information.
Our GoDaddy-provided support chat uses Re:amaze. The chat loads on our pages for grown-ups, including the journal and contact page. It does not load on the homepage, Watch & Sing, games, or character pages. Re:amaze may process contact details, conversation content, cookies, and technical information needed to provide support.
Email updates and existing subscribers
This website does not require an email sign-up for downloads and no longer uses the former homepage sign-up form. If you previously joined our adult email list, that subscriber record may remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
MailPoet supports email delivery and subscription preferences. We use subscriber email addresses for Plumble’s World updates. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. We do not sell subscriber email addresses. Limited suppression records may remain so that an unsubscribe request continues to be respected.
Children’s privacy and your choices
Please keep contact and subscription tools for grown-ups. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
You may ask about the information you have shared, request correction or deletion, or unsubscribe from emails. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain appropriate business, security, or legal records. Service providers retain technical information under their own policies.
The companion app in development
The planned Plumble’s World companion app is separate from this website. Its features and privacy arrangements are still in development. We will publish app-specific privacy information before it launches.
