The short version

The website is for parents, caregivers, educators, and other grown-ups. Adults may choose to share an email address to receive a free resource or occasional updates. We do not ask children to submit personal information through the website.

Website email forms

If an adult joins the list or requests the free Big Feelings Chart, we receive the email address they enter. We use it to deliver the requested resource and to send occasional Plumble’s World updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. We do not sell email addresses.

WordPress.com hosts this website, MailPoet supports email delivery, and a Google-hosted form endpoint supports the homepage sign-up. These providers may process the submitted email address and routine technical information needed to operate and protect their services.

Website technology and outside links

Like most websites, our host may process limited technical data such as an IP address, browser type, device information, security logs, and essential cookies. If a grown-up follows a link to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, or another outside service, that service’s own privacy terms apply.

Children’s privacy

Website forms are intended for grown-ups only. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

The companion app in development

The planned Plumble’s World companion app is being designed without user accounts, advertising networks, or behavioral tracking. Preferences and progress notes are intended to stay on the device. Child-facing external links and optional purchases will be placed behind a grown-up gate.

If optional purchases are offered, Apple or Google will process payment details. A purchase-management provider such as RevenueCat may receive an anonymous app identifier and purchase status so access can be restored; it does not need a child’s name, email, photo, voice, location, or contacts for that purpose. This section will be reviewed again before the app is released.

How long we keep information

Adult subscriber emails are kept until the subscriber unsubscribes or asks us to delete them, subject to limited records that may be needed for security, legal, or suppression-list purposes. Service providers may retain routine logs under their own policies.

Your choices

• Use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Ask us to correct or delete an adult subscriber email.
• Avoid submitting personal details about a child.
