English
I do not hear the directions
- Turn up the device’s media volume and make sure audio is not being sent to headphones or a Bluetooth speaker.
- On the web preview only, tap the sound-start control once; browsers require a grown-up’s first gesture before audio can begin.
- Tap the large replay button on the activity screen to hear the direction again.
- Close and reopen the app. If sound is still missing, restart the device and try without Bluetooth.
Narration remains available even if a grown-up turns off optional feedback sounds.
Change English or Spanish
Open the grown-up area, complete the adult check, and choose English or Spanish for the next family session. Child-facing directions, choices, feedback, and recaps are designed to follow the selected language.
Start a fresh family session
Open the grown-up area and choose the fresh-session control, or close/reload the app. BrightBop currently keeps the child nickname, preferences, choices, attempts, and progress only for the active session; there is no cloud account to recover.
Accessibility and movement
BrightBop provides spoken directions, replay controls, large touch targets, screen-reader labels, and visual cues. It follows the device’s reduced-motion preference. A grown-up may help adapt physical movement prompts to the child’s comfortable range. If a child cannot use a feature, tell us the device model, operating-system version, activity name, and what happened, without including child personal information.
Tablets and orientation
The app is designed for current supported iPads and Android tablets in portrait or landscape, including iPad multitasking layouts. Keep the operating system current within the device’s supported range. Final store compatibility will be listed on the app’s store page.
Privacy and safety questions
Read the BrightBop privacy policy for the current session-only data boundary. The current app has no ads, analytics, child account, social sharing, or microphone recording. One optional Family Plan subscription unlocks Feeling Forest and Rhythm City; it sits behind a grown-up arithmetic check, Moon Garden Lab stays free, and purchases run through the Apple App Store or Google Play with restore and cancellation in your store settings.

A parent, legal guardian, educator, or other grown-up may contact contact@plumblesworld.com. Do not include a child’s full name, photo, voice recording, precise location, school record, or other sensitive information.

No escucho las instrucciones
- Suba el volumen multimedia y confirme que el audio no se esté enviando a audífonos ni a una bocina Bluetooth.
- Solo en la vista previa web, toque una vez el control para iniciar el sonido; el navegador exige un primer gesto adulto.
- Toque el botón grande de repetición en la actividad para volver a escuchar la instrucción.
- Cierre y abra la aplicación. Si aún no hay sonido, reinicie el dispositivo y pruebe sin Bluetooth.
La narración sigue disponible aunque una persona adulta desactive los sonidos opcionales de respuesta.
Cambiar entre inglés y español
Abra el área para adultos, complete la comprobación y elija inglés o español para la próxima sesión familiar. Las instrucciones, decisiones, respuestas y resúmenes infantiles están diseñados para seguir el idioma elegido.
Iniciar una sesión familiar nueva
Abra el área para adultos y elija el control de sesión nueva, o cierre/vuelva a cargar la aplicación. BrightBop conserva el apodo, preferencias, decisiones, intentos y progreso únicamente durante la sesión activa; no existe una cuenta en la nube para recuperarlos.
Accesibilidad y movimiento
BrightBop ofrece instrucciones habladas, controles para repetir, áreas táctiles grandes, etiquetas para lector de pantalla y pistas visuales. Respeta la preferencia de movimiento reducido del dispositivo. Una persona adulta puede adaptar los movimientos al rango cómodo del niño. Si el niño no puede usar una función, indique el modelo del dispositivo, la versión del sistema, el nombre de la actividad y lo ocurrido, sin incluir información personal del niño.
Tabletas y orientación
La aplicación está diseñada para iPad y tabletas Android compatibles actuales, en vertical u horizontal, incluidos los diseños multitarea de iPad. Mantenga el sistema actualizado dentro del rango compatible del dispositivo. La compatibilidad final aparecerá en la página de la tienda.
Preguntas de privacidad y seguridad
Lea la política de privacidad de BrightBop para conocer el límite actual de datos por sesión. La aplicación actual no tiene anuncios, analítica, cuentas infantiles, funciones sociales ni grabación de micrófono. Una sola suscripción opcional, el Plan Familiar, abre el Bosque de Emociones y la Ciudad del Ritmo; está detrás de una verificación aritmética para adultos, el Laboratorio del Jardín Lunar sigue siendo gratis, y las compras se hacen a través del App Store de Apple o Google Play con restauración y cancelación en la configuración de tu tienda.
