A printable to try together ↗In this guide

A little help finding a feeling word.
Share the chart when there is room for a quiet moment. Your child can point, say a word, or simply look. There is no right feeling to choose.
- Print on ordinary paper using “Fit to page.”
- Place it where your child can see and reach it.
- Try “I wonder how you feel,” then leave room for their answer.
Use words, colors and conversation together. Children do not need to match a color to their own feelings.
Download and printMake a small moment of it.
Use the chart after a short Plumble’s World story, beside the matching feelings cards, or in a cozy calm-down corner. Follow your child’s pace.
